I have found my self constantly drawn to people and photography in social situations within the field of community. Intertwined with this, has been a constant revisiting memory; capturing conversations and stories linked with social history.

 

Over the last year, I have been working with the hidden within society.  Janet lives alone, she has an addiction and she finds it difficult to let go of the past both physically and mentally.

Still life asks us to look closely at the overlooked , the familiar, the futility of the accumulation of worldly goods and vanity.
